Immerse yourself in a morning of mind/body practices* and be nourished by a delicious vegetarian lunch with friends and your devoted Instructors.  It is time to come back to that feeling of both pride and joy that comes with being a part of a Yoga Community in Lion’s Head.      

*Mind/body practices alternate and can include: Gentle Yoga, Mind Body Chair Yoga, Body Rolling, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and more

Yoga Fundraiser

Loving Yoga and the Peninsula Bruce Trail invite you to a fundraising event at MapleCross Nature Reserve at Cape Chin.

  • Outdoor yoga – all level, beginners welcome
  • Picnic lunch
  • Opportunity for more hiking and stunning photos

 

Join Barbara and Nina for the fourth annual fundraising event to help restore the natural beauty and habitat of Cape Chin Meadows at MapleCross Nature Reserve at Cape Chin.

Cost:

Free will donation. Please consider donating generously for this worthwhile fundraiser. Tax deductible receipt available upon request.

 

Parking:  

Parking option 1. Park at the lookout 

Parking option 2. Park at gate on Cape Chin North Road for extended hike (3kms to lookout) arrive with enough time to reach the lookout.

 

What to bring:

  1. Yoga mat or towel (large towel preferable on the grass)
  2. Tennis ball or Yoga Tune Up ball
  3. Litterless lunch
  4. Water bottle, bug spray, etc.
