New Students

All classes are currently delivered through our Virtual Zoom Studio. Please reach out to ask questions about what class is best for you, including private classes.

Some general guidelines: 

It is best to practice Yoga on a mostly-empty stomach and in comfortable clothing.

If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend you start with Mind Body Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Body Rolling, Yogalates.
