What we do in class
This class offers you a relaxation technique that will help you to let go and release stress, tension, and anxiety – while also bringing you in touch with your True Self. You lie on your back in a relaxed pose while being guided through a meditation that promotes mindfulness. You will listen to the teacher’s voice and you are encouraged to follow the instructions without analyzing or intellectualizing them. This meditation technique will bring you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping… into a deep state of relaxation and rest.
